National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO)
The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) is the nation’s largest membership organization for providers and professionals who care for people affected by serious and life-limiting illness. Its broad community of members includes local hospice and palliative care providers, networks serving large regions of the United States, and individual professionals.

American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM)
AAHPM is the professional organization for physicians specializing in hospice and palliative medicine, nurses, and other healthcare providers. Since 1988, the Academy has dedicated itself to advancing hospice and palliative medicine and improving the care of patients with serious illness. Their activities focus on education and training, resources, networking, and advocacy.

Section on Hospice and Palliative Medicine (SOHPM)

Network of Pediatric Palliative Care Educators (NPPCE)
The goal of NPPCE is to bring together a diverse community of PPC educators to advance interprofessional education in our field. To start, this will occur through bi-monthly virtual meetings with rotating topics including: didactics on best practices in education, works in progress (WIPs), and opportunities for networking. They will also host a listserv to connect our online community. Meetings will be held bi-monthly via Zoom on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, from 3-4 EST / 12-1 PST, starting January 18th, March 15th, May 17th, September 20th, November 15th. To register go to:
